Greetings and Salutations Family and Friends,

Once again, I find myself at the front of the mob instead of rabble rousing somewhere in the background. Wonders never cease. Thanks to all who work so hard to keep together this wonderful thing we have. You know who you are.

We recently lost another Dirty Dozen member with the passing of Lynn the Elder, who was a staunch supporter of our unique group; Lynn was also a Navy veteran, a fine sailor and fisherman, a terrific cook, a talented musician and my oldest friend. I have him to thank (and you to blame) for my adoption by the family. He will be sorely missed.

Kudos to Kevin and Patrice for the great 4th of July party. A good time was had by all; in fact some may have had too much fun!

Our big gathering this year came off fairly well and I'd like to make 2006 even better; suggestions are welcomed.
